【摘要】 对４６８例鼻咽癌患者进行了ＳＰＥＣＴ全身骨显像，结果发现骨转移的发生率为５６．２８％，其中１３０例加做颅骨断层显像后骨转移的发生率提高到６６．３１％。还对鼻咽癌患者骨转移病灶在骨显像中的表现，骨转移途径以及对本病的随访及骨显像中良、恶性病灶的鉴别等进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 he whole by body imaging were performed in 468 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients. The results showed that the incidence of bone metastasis was 56.28%. In 130 of 468 patients performed also with skull tomography the incidence of bone metastasis can raise to 66.3%.Finally,the manifestation of bone metastatic lesion in bone imaging, the route of metastasis,the basic method for controlling the bone metastasis, the following up of the disease and the differentiation between benign and malignancy lesion in bone imaging etc.were also discussed.更多还原
