糠醛生产废渣直接转化为复合肥的研究

【摘要】 以稻草(或麦杆)为原料,用硫酸作催化剂,分别添加过磷酸钙、重钙和复合添加剂,常压水解,温度110℃-140℃,添加剂与原料比1:2-1:3(W/W),液固比3:1-4:1(W/W),水解时间2-3h,出醛率较一般硫酸法高3%-4%(以干稻草计),渣pH≈7,有效磷和钾的含量均达到复合磷钾肥标准.

【Abstract】 The results showed that the waste settlings is almost neutral and contains effective phosphorus and potassium, which are all satisfied to the quality standard for the complex fertilizer in fur fural formation from straw of rice (or straw of wheat ), and the yield of furfural exceeded 9% (as ahs dry raw meterial) by the addition of the materials under the conditions of hydrolysis which showed as following:the temperature 110℃ 140’C, the ratio of the additions to straw: 1: 2 -1: 3 by weight,the ratio of the liquid to the solid:3:1--4:1 by weight,time of hydrolysis:2--3 h,and 1 atm.
