用盐湖水氰化堆浸含铜金矿石的实践
The practice of cynide heap leaching of gold ram containing Cu using high TDS water
【摘要】 通过AB两个矿样的堆浸试验,提出了在可溶性盐总量(TDS)高的水中,溶解氧浓度与金相对溶解速度随水中含盐量变化的回归方程.从理论上分析NaCN、NaOH耗量高的原因.用高TDS水堆浸时,浸出周期长、结盐严重,炭对金的吸附率下降,炭再生的效果差,设备腐蚀严重.矿石中的钢不仅影响金的浸出,还影响金在活性炭上的吸附。对含铜高的载金炭,应先在室温下的NaCN溶液除铜.文中还提出了改善高TDS水堆浸提金效果的措施。
【Abstract】 The regression equation Of the soluble oxygen concentration and gold solution rate with the with the function of salt difference in high total soluble salt (TDS) water is estabished on the base of heapleaching tests of two samples A and B.Theoretically the reasons of high NaCN and NaOH consumption are analysed.Using high TDS water in heap leaching will bring about some disad disadvantages such as low carbon adsorption rate and carbon reactivation,and severe corrosion of equipment.The copper in gold ram interfers with not only the gold leach but also the gold adsorption on active carbon.So the high copper minerals in gold ram should be first removed in NaCN solution at ambient temperature.The methods of improving the goldleaching effeciency in high TDS water is the introduced.
