碳纤维-石墨-银基复合材料电刷的应用研究
APPLICATION STUDY OF CARBON FIBER-GRAPHITE-SILVER MATRIX COMPOSITE ELECTRIC BRUSHES
【摘要】 文章研究了碳纤维-石墨-银基复合材料的制造并应用于雷达电刷传输电讯号。结果表明,应用镀银碳纤维部分代替原银-石黑系电刷中的石墨,能有效提高电刷使用寿命。降低电刷与汇流环之间的动态接触电阻。经过对589GA雷达实机进行实验,各项性能均优于原银-石墨系电刷。
【Abstract】 In paper,the fabrication of carbon fiber-graphite-silver matrix composite and its application in radar electric brushes to transmit signals have been studied.By replacing part graphite of silver-graphite material with carbon fiber, the experimental results show that the life of electric brushes is apparently improved and the contact electrical resistance between the brushes and slip rings is decreased.Based on the practical experience in radar of 589GA, the various properties of carbon fiber-graphite silver matrix composite electric brushes are better than those of silver-graphite material ones.
