【摘要】 为了提高产酸相乙醇型发酵的运行稳定性，作者采用了间歇厌氧培养实验对产酸相的发酵类型进行研究．根据对产酸相发酵机制、影响乙醇型发酵的环境因子的研究表明，产酸相启动阶段，历经丙酸型发酵、丁酸型发酵，至稳定的乙醇型发酵，而且氧气的存在与否对乙醇型发酵影响较大．文中还提出了乙醇型发酵的最佳运行环境．更多还原

【Abstract】 For the purpose of enhancing the operation stability of ethanol type fermentation in acidogenic phase, batch anaerobic culture is employed to research the fermentation types in acidogenic phase. According to the research on fermentation mechanism and the influence factors of ethanol type fermentation, it manifests that in the start-up stage of acidogenic phase, fermentation types experience propaonic acid type formentation, butyric acid type fermentation and finally reach the stable ethanol type fermentation. The existence of oxygen influences ethanol type fermentation dramatically. The optimal fermentation environment of ethanol type fermentation is put forward in the paper.更多还原
