【摘要】 本文应用有限长周期δ势垒和有限势垒边界模型计算了一维有限长晶链的能级结构．结果表明，有限长晶链能级与无限长晶链能级比较，其能级结构比较特殊，能级分散后相对集中，既形成了较窄的导带，又行成了较窄的禁带，这与实验上发现的微材料具有窄带结构的结果是一致的更多还原
