无耳连接链环的两种装配间隙对强度的综合影响(英文)
The Polytechnic Effect of Two Kinds of Assembling Clearances on Lugless Joining shackle’s Strength
【摘要】 本文所研究的肯特型无耳连接链环是当今国际上通用的连接链环。在加工过程中 ,如果连接链环的各个构件之间的装配间隙不合适 ,就会使产品的费品率明显上升。链环中的应力与装配间隙密切相关 ,装配间隙必须受强度条件制约 ,本文给出了连接链环的间隙对强度的影响的计算方法和计算程序 ,还指出了最佳的装配间隙。本文的研究方法、计算程序等适用于计算各种规格的肯特型无耳连接链环的间隙对强度的影响
【Abstract】 The Kenter type lugless joining shackle is a common lugless joining shackle in the world presently.In the production,if the initial clearances between the members are unsuitable,the reject rate will be significant.The assembling clearances must be limited by the strength of shackles.This paper presents the calculating method and program of the effect of assembling clearances on joining shackle’s strength and points out the optimal range of the clearances.The calculating method and program can be applied to varieties of specification of lugless joining shackles.
