星形复合超细纤维的研制

【摘要】 以PET和PA-6切片为原料,研制了星形复合超细纤维.本文介绍了星形复合起细喷丝板的研制及纤维生产的工艺特点.结果证明,星形复合喷丝板的组份比例调节范围广、纺丝工艺易控制,制成的纤维形状稳定、一致性好,具有易剥离、染色均匀等优点.

【Abstract】 A star-like composite microfiber is prepared from PET and PA-6 chips. Features of the spinnerette and spinning technology used are introduced. The result shows that the new composite spinning spinnerette has advantages of wide adjustment range of component ratios and easy control of the spinning process. The fiber produced also has the merits of high eveness and shape stability, easy splitting and even dyeing properties.
