制备低硫可膨胀石墨的新方法
A New Method of Preparing Low Sulfur Expansible Graphite
【摘要】 以乙酸酐为介质、酸性高锰酸钾作氧化剂,制备了低硫可膨胀石墨,制备的最佳条件为:鳞片石墨∶乙酸酐∶98%硫酸∶高锰酸钾=1∶1.0∶0.13∶0.06(质量比),反应温度25℃,反应时间2h。采用UV-Vis、XRD手段对产品进行了分析。
【Abstract】 The expansible graphite with low sulfur has been prepared using acidic potassium permanganate as oxidant and acetic anhydride as medium. The best conditions of preparation are graphite:Ac 2O∶98%H 2SO 4∶KMnO 4=1∶1.0∶0.13∶0.06(mass ratio), reaction temperature 25℃, reaction time 2h. The graphite intercalation compound was determined by UV Vis and XRD.
