间断吸入香烟烟雾对小白鼠视神经超微结构的影响

【摘要】 将20只小白鼠间断吸入香烟烟雾,3月后取其视神经作普通光学显微镜及电子显微镜观察发现:香烟烟雾能使小白鼠视神经纤维亚细胞结构发生病理性改变,包括髓鞘的变化及线粒体质与量的改变。这种改变在普通光学显微镜下难以发现。对照组20只小白鼠视神经未见有类似变化。结果提示,香烟烟雾能对视神经纤维造成损害,这种损害在一定时间内处于可代偿状态。本实验结果为研究吸烟引起弱视提供了病理形态学依据。

【Abstract】 Mice were placed in tobacco smoke intermittently.3 months later,the mice were killed and their eye nerves were observed under microscope and electromicroscope.It is found that tobacco smoke can cause pathologic change in ultracellular composition of mouse eye nerve fibre.These changes occur in marrowsheath and also in quality and quantity of the mitochondria.It is difficult for these changes to be observed under optic microscope.There is no similar change in the contrast mice.The result shows that eye nerve fibres can be damaged hy tobacco smoke.The damage can be compensate and recovered in a certain period.Our research provides a pathologic basis for studying amblyopia caused by smoking.
