【Abstract】 This article reports genomic G₆ PD gene’s RFLP of 50 Schizophrenia patients（25 males and 25 females）and 50 unrelated normal controls（25 males and 25 females）.Restriction end- onuclease Sac I and G₆ PD gene probe were used to analyse the genome DNA.The preliminary study points out that there was susceptibility of gene locus of schizophrenia on X chromosome.更多还原
