高血压病患者血清脂蛋白、载脂蛋白与胰岛素的关系
The Correlation Between Serumal Lipoproteins,Apolipoproteins and Insulin Levels in Primary Hypertensive Patients
【摘要】 通过检测41例高血压病患者和27例正常对照者血清脂质、脂蛋白、载脂蛋白(Apo)、葡萄糖(G)及胰岛索(I)含量。结果表明:与正常对照者比较,高血压病患者血清甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-CH)、ApoB、I 及 I/G 比值均显著增加,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-CH)、HDL2-CH、ApoAI及 ApoAI/ApoB 比值均显著降低。相关性分析显示,高血压病 I 与 TG 和 ApoB 均呈正相关,与 HDL2-CH 和 ApoAI/ApoB 均呈负相关;I/G 比值与血脂指标的相关性除同 I 外,还与 LDL-CH 呈正相关,与HDL-CH 和 ApoAI 均呈负相关。结果提示高血压病患者血脂代谢异常与胰岛素抵抗密切相关。
【Abstract】 Serumal lipids,lipoproteins,apolipoproteins,glucose(G) and insulin (I) levels were mea- sured in 41 primary hypertensive patients and 27 normal persons.The results showed that com- pared with the normal persons,serumal TG,LDL-CH,AproB,I and the ratio I/G were singifi- eantly increased and HDL-CH,HDL2-CH,ApoAI and the ratio of ApoAI/ApoB were significant- ly decreased,in primary hypertensive patients.The correlative analysis suggested that insulin have a positive correlation with TG and ApoB,and a negative correlation with HDL2-CH and ApoAI/ApoB (all P<0.05,0.01) and besides the same correlation between insulin and blood lipids indices,the ratio of I/G was positively correlated to LDL-CH andnegatively correlaled to HDL-CH and ApoAI (all P<0.05,0.01).Therefore,dyslipidemia is closer correlative with in- sulin resistance in primary hypertensive patients.
