【摘要】 采用 DEAE-sephadex A-50离子交换微型柱层析分离肌酸激酶(CK)同工酶,继以紫外分光光度法测其活性的结果表明:血清及组织提取液 CK 同工酶分离洗脱均很完全。电泳证实,MM、MB、BB洗出液分别只含 CK 肌型同工酶(CK-MM)、心肌型同工酶(CK-MB)及脑型同工酶(CK-BB)。本法精密度高、线性关系好,过柱回收率高,敏感性强,而且快速、简便。更多还原

【Abstract】 The results of measurement of creatine kinase isoenzyme activity by using a DEAE-sephadex A-50 minocolumn chromatography indicate that the CK isoenzymes in serum and tissue arc sepa- rated completely.Agarose gel electrophoresis demonstrated there were CK-MM,CK-MB and CK-BB separately in column effluents of MM,MB and BB.Quantification of CK isoenzyme by the assay described is also sensitive,exact,and its linear relationship is very good,rapid and easy as well.更多还原
