康健钠降糖作用机理的初步研究
A Preliminary Study of Mechanism on Lower Glucose of Kangjianna
【摘要】 旋光测定法对康健钠降糖机理进行初步研究表明:康健钠与葡萄糖溶液作用后,其旋光度下降0.4~°,即浓度降低25%,故康健钠对葡萄糖分子有部分结合作用。在体大鼠粪便含糖量测定表明,康健钠增加大鼠粪便含糖量(P<0.01)。提示由于康健钠的结合作用,妨碍了葡萄糖在胃肠道的吸收,增加其排泄。这可能是其降糖机理之一。
【Abstract】 The mechanism on lower glucose of Kangjianna was studied initially.The result showed that Kangjianna lowered the optical rotation of glucose solution of 0.4°,namely,the concentra- tion of glucose solution decreased by 25%,when it was mingled into glucose solution.It was demonstrated that Kangjianna could combine with glucose partly.It increased contents of glu- cose in rat’s feces compared with the control group (P<0.01).The result indicated that Kangjianna decrease absorbtion of glucose in gastrointestinal tract because of absorbing glucose.
