【Abstract】 4-Nitronaphthalenediazoaminoazobenzene (Cadion 2B) loaded on silica gel is used for enrichment of ppb level of mercury (Ⅱ)from aqueous solution, followed by spectrophotometric measurement. Mercury(Ⅱ) was quantitatively retained on the Cadion 2B-SG from solution of pH 1.5-6. 5 after shaking over 45 minutes. The absorption capacity of the Cadion 2B on SG is 8. 5μmol·g-1 Cadion 2B-SG. Mercury(Ⅱ) retained on the Cadion 2B-SG column can be completely eluted with 0. 05mol·L-1 HClO1+0.05mol·L-1 HCl. An enrichment factor of 150 can be achieved.Recovery of Hg(Ⅱ) is over 95%.更多还原
