实用籼型水稻光温敏不育系的选育与利用研究
Development and utilization of practical Indica rice photo-thermo- sensitive genic male sterile lines
【摘要】 以W6154S为母本,CR-SL017为父本,通过杂交和后代定向选择,育成了实用籼型核不育系W91607S。以8902S为母本,余红231-8为父本,通过杂交和后代定向选择,育成了实用籼型核不育系W945IS。通过自然条件下和人工气候箱的育性鉴定,结果表明,W91607S是一个育性转换临界温度为24℃左右的温敏核不育系。在武汉的稳定不育期为7月中旬至9月中旬,在武汉自然条件下难以繁殖,在海南陵水3月初抽穗,自然结实率为36%~66%。W9451S是一个育性转换临界温度<24℃。具光敏性的光敏核不育系,光敏温度范围为23~29℃。在武汉自然条件下,7月中旬至8月底为稳定不育期,在武汉9月中旬抽穗,自然结实率为20%~45%,在海南陵水,3月中,下旬抽穗,自然结实率63%。W91607S在武汉的播始历期为103~82d,W9451S的播始历期为100~67d,两者都属于长江流域的中籼类型。通过测配已选出几个具增产优势的两系籼稻组合。还介绍了水稻光温敏核不育系的选择程序,并对选择方法进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 W91607S,a practical Indica thermo-sensitive genic male sterile(TGMS)line,was developed in 1994 through crossing between W6154S and CR-SL017 and directively selecting from their offsprings.w9451S,a practical Indica photo-sensitive genic male sterile(PGMS)line,was developed in l995 from the filial generation of 8902S and Yuhong 231-8.The characteristirs of photo-thermo-reaction were identified under natural conditions and in artificial chamber.the results showed that W91607S wasmainly sensitive to temperature,the critical temperatural point for fertility alteremperatural point for fertility alteration was ahat 24℃。The periodfrom mid-July to mid-Septernber was a stable sterile stage at Wuhan.It can not propagate itself under Wuhan’snatural conditions.However,the natural seed ranged from 36%to 66% at Linshui county ofHainan province when heading in early-March.W9451S was simultaneously sensitive to both photoperiod and tem-perature The critical photopeniod temperatural points for fertility alteration were about 14h and 24℃. Thetemperatural range of photoperiod densitivity was about from 23℃ to 29℃.Its stable sterile period was from mid-July to late August at Wuhan. When it headed in mid-September at 45%.The seed set was about 63% when heading in mid to late of March at Linshui county.The days from sowingto heading of W91607S and W9451S were 103~82 and 100~67 at Wuhan respectively.Several Indica two-linehybrid rice combinations bred with W91607S and W9451S were developed.Teh paper also presents a program forselecting rice photo-thermo-sensitive genic male sterile lines.
