【摘要】 从一自然死亡的舍蝇幼虫中分离到一株对棉铃虫高毒的Ｂｔ菌株，代号为７９００７。该菌具有苏云金杆菌天门变种（“７２１６”）的典型特征。生理生化特性与已知的“Ｈ３ａ３ｂ的戈尔斯德变种（ＨＤ１）、天门变种（“７２１６”）略有差异，血清型与ＨＤ１、“７２１６”完全一致，但对棉铃虫的毒力却大大高于两对照菌株。更多还原

【Abstract】 A parasporal crystal forming bacillus “79007” was isolated from dead larva of Musca vicina in 1979. This bacillus has the typical characteristics of Bacillus thuringiensis var. tianmensis(7216). Its serotype belong to H 3a3b , but it is distinguished from strain HD 1 and 7216 in cultural characteristics and biochemical reactions. The results showed strain 79007 is more high toxicity against cotton bollworm than known strain.更多还原
