疣粒野生稻愈伤组织氨基酸变化与再分化的关系
Relation between changes of amino acid and redifferentiation of callus in Oryza meyeriana
【摘要】 两种分化能力不同的疣粒野生稻愈伤组织的水解氨基酸和游离氨基酸测定结果表明,水解氨基酸总含量和游离氨基酸总含量均以分化能力低的愈伤组织(简称NEC)高;两种愈伤组织中水解氨基酸组成种类相同,但分化能力强的愈伤组织(简称EC)含酸性和极性氨基酸比例高,而NEC中含非极性氨基酸比例高。游离氨基酸库中则表现相反。两种愈伤组织之间所含丙氨酸、苯丙氨酸、脯氨酸、半肌氨酸、甲硫氨酸的差异明显,且EC中缺少脯氨酸。
【Abstract】 The hydrolytic amino acid and free amino acid were determined in two types of Callus with difterentdifferentiation ability inoryza meyeriana. The total contents of hydrolytic amino acid and free amino acid werehigher in calli with low differentiation ability(NEC);The hydrolytic amino acid Composition of calli with high dif-ferentiation ability(EC)was similar as that of calli with low differentiation ability, but the porcentage of acidicamino acid and hydrophilic amino acid were higher in the former while the percentage of hydrophobic amino acidwere higher in the latter.In the free amino acid pool, the condition was opposite The percentage of alanine. phenylalanine,methionine, cysteine were different significentlyin the two types and there was short of proline inEC.
