乡镇工业企业经营机制运行问题研究
Research on Operational Mechanism of Villiage and Town Run Industrial Enterprises
【摘要】 本文重点研究了隶属于乡、村政府直接领导的集体乡镇工业企业目前普遍采用的承包经营责任制和厂长目标责任制运行中存在的共性问题及解决途径。
【Abstract】 In this paper,problems meet in the course of operation of the contract-responsibili- ty and object-responsibility systems in villiage and town run enterprises affiliated to and led by local government are discussed and approaches to solve them are given.
