超声相关流量计量
AN ULTRASONIC CORRELATION FLOWMETER
【摘要】 本文研究了利用超声以及互相关技术制成的超声相关流量计的原理、基本结构,并给出了实验室初步结果.连续信号透射入管中,被流场中的悬浮粒子调制,接收到的信号经预处理、解调、放大、A/D转换后进行相关处理,便可得到渡越时间,从而可求得流体的流速,进一步计算可求得流量.这种测试方法可用于造纸、砂浆等流场中含有散射粒子场合的流量测量
【Abstract】 The paper deals with the principle and the basic structure of ultrasonic correlation flowmeter which is on the basis of the cross correlation of ultrasonic beam intensities. The first result of experiment is illustrated. Two continuous ultrasonic wave beams pass through the tube and are modulated by the particles in the flow field, the received signals are preamplified,\ demodulated,\ digitized by A/D converter and correlation treated to obtain the transit time and the flow speed in the tube. Then the flow rate is get after calibration and further computation. This measurement is applicable for the flow measurement in case that there are scattering particles in the flow, such as pulp in paper making.
