According to the biological characters and ecological habits, the temperature and salinity in Laizhou Bay, feeding organisms, species relation, source of seeds and eflects of releasing recapture etc, were demonstrated, and the release and enhancement of Rhophilema esculenta Kishinouye in Laizhou Bay were practicable. And the suggestions of release and enhancement of Rhophilema esculenta Kishinouye in Laizhou Bay was given.
