铁基高温等离子弧喷焊合金及其耐磨机理的研究
STUDY TO MECHANISM OF WEAR RESISTANCE FOR Fe BASE ALLOY SPRAY- WELDED BY HIGH TEMPERATURE PLASMA ARC
【摘要】 通过高温硬度、高温磨损试验,成功地研究出了铁基Cr-Ni-W-Nb系高温耐磨料磨损等离子孤喷焊合金粉末,可替代价格昂贵的Ni基和Co基喷焊粉末.同时,系统地研究了合金元素对高温耐磨性的影响规律及耐磨机理.
【Abstract】 Fe base Cr - Ni - W - Nb system alloy powder is developed through high temperature hardness testing and high temperature abrasion experiment. The material possesses the properties of abrasion resistance at high temperature and is suitable to plasma arc spray- welding. Which can be the one instead of expensive Ni base and Co base powder. The effect of alloy element on abrasiveness at high temperature and abrasive mechanism are studied also.
