【Abstract】 After analysing 6 cases of refracture after operation in the recent three years the authors discussed and researched the causes, diagnosis, cures and preventions of the complications of refracture after operation Their thesis points out that refracture after operation does great harm to the patients. It often causes by the effect of external force,the drop of the strength of the bone, the reducing of the physiological stress, the condition of the whole body, etc. The cause tnight be multiple but the main cause could be found.
