【摘要】 本文对55例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者进行数项凝血因子测定，上述患者分为无血管并发症组和有血管并发症组。测定结果发现糖尿病患者的TT、PT、Fg、KpTT、ATⅢ：Ag，ATⅢ；c．Ⅷ：c等项检查结果与正常对照组比较均无显著性差异（P＞0．05），然而，两组糖尿病患者vWF的检测结果却呈现出有血管并发症组显著高于无并发症组（P＜0．001）．无血管并发症组又显著高于对照组（P＜005）的趋势。Ⅷ：CAg的测定结果则是有血管并发症的糖尿病患者显著升高（P＜0．001）。由此证明，糖尿病患者由于长时期高血糖、高血脂等的不良影响下．病情发展到一定阶段确有凝血功能异常，血小板聚集功能的增强和高凝状态．最终导致糖尿病血管并发症的发生、形成。更多还原

【Abstract】 A variety of coagulation factors were measured in 55 patients with diabetes Ⅱ in this study. The 55 patients were arranged in two groups (non - vascular and vascular complications)’ The results showed that the values of TT, PT, Fg.KPTT. A - T ⅢAg. A ~ T Ⅲc’ etc. of patients with diabetesuere not significantly differences as compared with controls (P> 0. 05). However - the value of vWF in diabetes with vascularcomplications was much higher than that of vWF in diabeteswith non - vascular complicationn (P < 0. 01 ). There was atrend which indicated that the value of vWF in diabetes withman - vascular complication was significantly higher than thatof vWF in controls group (P < 0. 05). The value of VIlI: CAgwas much hiSher in diabetes with vascu1ar complications (P <0. 001 ). Our findings demonstrated that because of the influences of long term hyperglycemia and hyperlipemia, the abnormality of coag ulat ion funct ion. the increasing of platelet assembling function and hypercoagulable staet are exist in patients with diabetes when the disease situation develop to certain period and finally to develop to vascular complications.更多还原
