卡托普利对·OH所致异常血流动力学的保护作用
PROTECTIVE EFFECTS OF CAPTOPRIL ON ABNORMAL HEMODYNAMICS INDUCED BY. OH IN ANESTHETIZED
【摘要】 ·OH生成液0.05ml·100g-1经腔静脉注入心脏.可使麻醉大鼠的左心室收缩压力、左心室压力与心率乘积、左心室压力上升最大速率和左心室压力下降最大速率明显下降.而左心室舒张末期压和血浆丙二醛含量显著升高。给·OH前5miniV卡托普利110μg·100g-1,给·OH后继以18μg·100g-1·min-1静脉输注,对上述功能及生化指标的异常有明显改善效应。
【Abstract】 The effects of captopril (CAP ) on abnormal hemodyna mics induced by exogenous hydroxyl free radical (. OH ) were investiggated in anesthetized rats. Intravenous administration of. OH -generating solution 0. 05 ML. 100- 1 significantly decreased hymodynamics indices including .Ieft ventricular systolic press ure (LVSP ), the prod uct of LVSP and heart rate, ±dp / dtmax, but increased left ventricular end - diastolic pressure (LVEDP) and serum malondiadehyde (MDA )level.Intravenous administration of CAP 110μg. 100-15min before. OH and then intravenous isfusion 18 μg. 100-1. min-1instantly after. OH produced distinct improvement on above mentioned abnormal hymodynamics indices, and steadily decreased the serum MDA leve. The results suggested that CAP has a good protective effects on abmomal hymodynamic induced by. OH.
