【Abstract】 The paper reported the surgical treatment of 15 cases of lung cancer from 1985 to 1994. The patients were also with pleural matastasis and malnignant pleural effusion, 15 cases underwent pneumonotomy or pulmonary lobectomy combined with pleurotomy. The experiences demonstrated that this method could reduce systoms sighifkantly, improve the patients’ life quality of advanced lung cancer and raise the rate of existence.更多还原
