【摘要】 本研究采用眼镜蛇毒的粗毒稀释液对正常人血浆进行血小板聚集功能、凝血象、体外血栓形成、血栓弹力图等体外试验研究，观察到眼镜蛇毒能明显地点延长PT、KPTT、RvvCT、TT、AT，有效地抑制血小板的聚集和体外血栓形成，并加速血浆凝块在尿素中的溶解，提示眼镜蛇毒有显著的抗血栓形成作用，且其抑制效应与浓度相关，随剂量增大而增强，从而为临床应用提供了丰富的实验室依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The influece of the diluted solution of crude Naja Naja atra Venomous (C-NNAV) on blood coagulation、platelet aggregation, thromboeinstogram and thrombose in vitro was observed. Results showed the C-NNAV could delay obviously Pt、KPTT、Rvv-CT、TT、AT(P<0.01), accelerate the dissolution of thrombi in the solution of carbamide, and inhibite effectively the platelet aggregation induced by ADP and Adrenalin (P<0.001) and the experimental thrombosis (P<0.01). This study levealed the C-NNAV was an antithrombotic agent and it’s effects were strengthened with the increase of the venom concentration.更多还原
