【摘要】 1991～1994年，在本所用滇蔗80－20、川14号、川4号、川糖86－46等历年露冻后抗寒力分别表现为强、中、弱的材料研究了甘蔗品种在人工控制温度条件下的抗寒性鉴定技术，结果表明：种茎低温下的萌芽率，种茎冻后的萌芽率，幼苗低温处理局的生长发育，细胞膜透性等作为鉴定甘蔗品种抗寒性的指标效果明显，且简单易行。更多还原

【Abstract】 The studies were conducted in our institute in 1991 - 1994. Sugarcanc varicties DZ80-20. CZ14, CZ4 and CT86-46 ete. That showed high, middleand low for freeze resistancc in past ycars, Separately, were used to research freeze res istance of sugarcane varieties in the condition of control temperature. The result showed:germinating in low termperature and freeze for the buds growing and developing of the shoot after low termperatute treatment, the pcrmcability of cell membrane were effective and simple as the indiccs of identification for freeze resistance in sugarcane.更多还原
