【摘要】 对本院２０７名４０岁以上教职工进行高血压病的患病调查，高血压检出率为 １７．４％。与１９８９年比较有明显上升趋势。收缩压上升到较高基线（１１９．２±１５．０－１２５．７±２１．５ｍｍｎｇ）。本科教师组血压基线的收缩压／舒张压均较高，是高血压发病的危险因素。高血压患者 高血脂、异常心电图发生率均较正常血压组高，且抽烟饮酒人数比例较大，是影响患病率的重要 因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Seventeen point four percent of the two hundred and seven teaching and administrative staff members more than forty years of age, who are surveyed, have contracted hypertension at our institute-there is a relatively visible rising tendency compared with the incidence rate which was tested in 1989. The systolic pressure rises to the comparatively high datum line( 119.2±15.0-125.7±21.5mmHg) The blood pressure baseline systolic/diastolic pressure is rather high in the group of teachers of specialized sporting events, which is a dangerous factor for the occurrence of hypertension. The occurrence rate of high hemo-adipose and abnormal electrocardiogram is higher in the group of patients of hypertension,especially in smokers and drinkers, than the group of subjects with normal blood pressure, which is an important factor to affect the incident rate.更多还原
