龙葵多糖中单糖组成的色谱研究(Ⅰ)
Chromatographic Studies on Composition of Monosaccharides of Polysaccharide from Solanum Nigrum L
【摘要】 首次从龙葵(Solanum Nigrum L)的水提取液中得到一水溶性多糖,经纸色谱、硅胶薄层色谱和高效液相色谱分析其全水解液,证明它由D—葡萄糖(93％),L—阿拉伯糖(7％)组成。
【Abstract】 A water-soluble polysaccharide was isolated from the aqueous extract of Solanum Nigrum L for the first time. Paper chromatography, thin-layer chromatography and HPLC analysis showed that it composed of D-glvcose (93%) and L-arabinose (7%).
