贵州岩溶地区红土中方解石表面化学的X射线光电子谱(XPS)研究
STUDY ON SURFACE CHEMISTRY OF CALCITE FROM THE LATERITE IN GUIZHOU AS OBSERVED WITH X-RAY PHOTOELECTRON SPECTROSCOPY(XPS)
【摘要】 应用X射线光电子谱(XPS)技术,研究了贵州岩溶地区红土中方解石及氧化铁矿物表面化学特征及吸附机理。方解石及氧化铁矿物表面XPS图及碳元素结合能区域的高分辨XPS分析表明,方解石及氧化铁矿物表面和整体之间在化学成分、状态和结构方面存在明显差异。矿物表面的这种非均匀性特征,是矿物表面化学反应的重要动力学起因。方解石及氧化铁矿物等地表矿物表面对元素的选择性吸附和解吸作用的表面化学反应是造成岩溶环境中许多元素迁移、富集及污染的重要机理。
【Abstract】 With the technique of x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) surface chemistry and adsorption mechanism of calcite from the laterite in Guizhou have been studied. XPS of the mineral surface reveals that the surface and the body of the mineral are quite different from each other in chemical composition, incorporation and structure. The heterogenous characteristics of the mineral constitute a major kinetic cause for the chemical reactions in the mineral. It is the specific adsorption and desorption of the mineral that lead to mobilization and agglomeration of some elements and that become an important mechanism of the environmental pollution in the laterite.
