【摘要】 用复方天棘胶囊对刚察地区１２９例高原红细胞增多症（ＨＡＰＣ）进行了服药前后的对比观察。结果显示在服药３５天后ＨＡＰＣ患者的血色素（Ｈｂ）、红血球（ＲＢＣ）和红血球压积（Ｈｃｔ）均明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０１），达到或接近当地健康人水平。１２９例中有１１７例疗效满意，有效率达９０．７％。疗效较差的１２例中有７例又继续服药一个月，其中５例效果较好。对１８例在停药５个月后进行了随访复查，除３例外其余的１５例的Ｈｂ、ＲＢＣ、Ｈｃｔ仍维持在当地健康人水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 comparative observation had been made in 196 subjects with HAPC who resided inGangch(3 300m)before and after the treatment with compound TIANJI capsule. The resultshowed that the value of hemoglobin(Hb),red blood cell(RBC)and hematocrit(Hct)were de-creased significantly(P<0. 001)in 35 days after treatment with compound TIANJI capsule andabove value were equal to or next to that of healthy native volunteers. 117 of 129 subjects got sat-isfying therapeutic effect, with a response raie of 90.7%;7 of 12 subjects who got unsatisfyingtherapeutical effect were administrated again for one month and 18 subjects were followed after 5month of stopping administrating the drug,of these,the valueg of Hb,RBC,Hct still kept at thelevel of healthy native volunteers except 3 subjects.更多还原
