平原狗急进高原途中突发急性高原肺水肿的光、电镜观察

【摘要】 本文采用光、电镜和组织特染等方法,对平原(海拔20m)狗急进高原(海拔4080m)途中突发急性高原肺水肿的肺组织进行观察。结果提示:①肺泡腔内见淡嗜伊红水肿液,肺泡隔内毛细血管扩张充血,内皮细胞胞质微绒毛、胞质内微饮泡增多,基膜变宽、模糊及较大血管壁疏松裂隙样变;②肺泡上皮细胞部分核间隙变宽,胞质内线粒体增多,肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞胞质微绒毛增多,排列紊乱或脱落,胞质内板层小体增多及部分呈空圈样变;③肺泡隔内神经纤维呈髓鞘样变。

【Abstract】 n order to study further the pathogeny of acute pulmonary edema at high altitude, dog lung tis-sues of acute pulmonary edema at high altitude were observed by optical microscope and electron mi-croscope. The results showed that tbere were light-coloured eosin fluid, telangiectasis, hyperemia inpulmonary alveoli,more microvilluses and pinocytotic vesicles in cytoplasm of endothelial cells, looseand fissure change on walls of bigger blood vessels basement memranes were broadened and obscured;more mitochondria in the cytoplasm on pulmonary alveoli,dlsturbance or exfoliation of order of typelalveolar cells, more lamellar bodies and empty一ring change in the cytoplasm; sheath myelin changeof nerve fibers in alreolar diaphragms,therefore, the formation of acute pulrnonary edema at high alti-tude was the result that endothelial cells on pulmonary alveoli pulmonary vessles and nerve fibers inlungs interacted each other under hypoxia condition of high altitude.
