【Abstract】 The results of this study showed that dimethyl sulfate (DMS) can cause obvious mutagenesis of lymphocytes in peripheral blood of occupationally exposed population and marrow cells of exper imental animals. Positive results of Ames test also indicated that DMS can induce genic mutagenesis witbout S9, and is a direct mutagenic agent.更多还原
