【Abstract】 The effective radiation means that the heat from heating elements radiate directly onto the surfaces of workpieces being heated .Undoubtedly,the heating rate can be increased if it is enhanced, hence productivity and energy saving can be improved .Based on the principle of radiation transfer,the approach to enhance the effective radiation of electric resistance furnace was explored in this paper.The effect of energy saving coating was discussed theoretically and practically.更多还原
