【摘要】 用新鲜杨桃饲喂家兔，收集尿液化验，发现１８只动物中９只发生血尿，发生率达５０％，红细胞最早见于３８ｈ采集的尿液中。于第５、１５、２２天分别处死各组动物，取肾组织光镜、电镜检查，发现肾小球有炎症反应，肉眼血尿者毛细血管基底膜损伤较重。第１５天起出现系膜增生现象，病变有发展加重倾向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rabbits were fed with fresh star-fruits and their urine collected for laboratorytest.Hematuria was found in nine of eigfteen animals(50%).The red blood cells were first seenin the urine collected at 3 8 hours after feeding star-fruits,The animals of various groups werekilled respectively on 5,15,22 days.The kidney tissues were examined under optical and electronmicroscope. There were inflammatory reactions in the glomeruli.Iniury of the capillary basilarmembranes was more serious in animals with marked hematuria,Mesangial proliferation appearedon the 15th day after feeding star-fruits,and the pathological lesions had the tendency of getting worse.更多还原
