茶多酚抑制塘水致大鼠肝癌作用的研究
INHIBITORY EFFECT OF GTP ON POND WATER INDUCEO HEPATOCAKCINOGENICITY IN RATS
【摘要】 采用塘水诱发大鼠肝癌前病变的动物模型,以γ-谷氨酰转肽酶、王磷酸腺苷酶和葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶等三种酶变灶为观察指标,定量分析了茶多酚(GTP)的抗癌作用。结果显示,同步给予GTP和塘水浓缩物喂养的大鼠,其酶变灶的数量显著低于单纯给予塘水浓缩物处理的大鼠,而与喂养基础饲料的大鼠无显著差异。表明GTP有抑制塘水诱发大鼠肝癌前病变的作用。结合以往的实验结果,认为在饮用塘水和黄曲霉毒素B_1高暴露水平地区,GTP是最具应用前景的肝癌化学预防剂。
【Abstract】 This study utilized a rat test model of pre-hepatocarcinous pathological changeinduced by pond water.Enzymic change foci of gammma-glutamyltranspeptidas,ATPaseand glucose-6-phosphatase were used as indicators for evaluating quantitatively theanti-carcinogenicity of green tea polyphenols(GTP).The results showed that the number offociin the rats fed with the diet containing GTP and pond water concentrates were significantly lessthan that found in the rats fed with the diet containing only pond water concentrates,butthere was no significant difference as compared with the rats fed with the basic diet.The resultssuggest that GTP can inhibit pre-hepatocarcinous pathological change induced by pond water. Evaluating the present findings along with previous expermental results,we consider that GTPis a prospective chemopreventive agent useful in areas where the inhabitants drink pond waterand are exposed to high level ofaflatoxin B1.
