柠檬酸法合成SrFe12O19超微粉末
SYNTHESIS OF ULTRAFINE POWDER SrFe 12 O 19 BY CITRATE METHOD
【摘要】 利用柠檬酸法合成SrFe12O19超微粉末,用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)和Mosbauer谱等技术对粉末的结构、粒径和形貌、性能等进行了观察和测试。结果表明:合成的SrFe12O19铁氧体超微粉末具有较小的粒径和较高的磁学性能。其粒径约为50nm,jHc为452.13kA/m,σs为61.54emu/g,σr为34.93emu/g。
【Abstract】 SrFe 12 O 19 ultrafine powder was synthesized by the citrate method. By means of X ray diffraction (XRD), transition electronic microscopy(TEM), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) and Mssbauer spectrum techniques et al,their structure, size and magnetic properties of the powder were measured. The results show that this kind of powder has better magnetic properties and finer size, i.e., j H c= 452 13 kA/m (5680 Oe), σ s= 61 54 emu/g and σ r= 34 93 emu/g, and its size is about 50 nm.
