湿化学法制备CaZr1-xInxO3-α及其烧结体的阻抗谱研究
PREPARATION OF CaZr1-xInxO3-αBY WET CHEMICAL METHOD AND IMPEDANCE STUDY OF SINTERED CaZr1-xInxO3-α
【摘要】 以碳酸钙、氧氯化锆、氧化铟为原料,用pH=8.5~9.5的草酸-氨水溶液作沉淀剂,并加入适量的表面活性剂,制得了成分准确、颗粒均匀、分散性好的CaZr1-xInxO3-α的前驱物。该沉淀物经1000℃,3h煅烧即可生成CaZr1-xInxO3-α相;此产物经1600℃,8h时烧结,得到相对密度大于95%的致密烧结体。测量了烧结体在湿空气中的阻抗谱并提出了合理的等效电路,得到CaZr1-xInxO3-α的本体电导率与温度和组成的关系。
【Abstract】 The CaZr1-xInxO3-αprecursors were synthesized by coprecipitation method using oxalate acid solution reacting with hydrochloric acid solution of CaCO3,ZrOCL2·8H2O and In2O3.The pH value of the solutions is about 8.5~9.5.The influence of high polymer additives is discussed.The dried coprecipitation powder was calcined at 1000 ℃ for 3h and then the pressed pellets were sintered in air at 1600℃ for 8h.The sintered pellets are pure CaZr1-xInxO3-α and their relative density is greater than 95%.The impedance spectroscopy(IS) of CaZr1-xInxO3-αwas measured in wet air using coated porous platinum electrodes.A reasonable equivalent circuit of measured IS is proposed and the bulk conductivities of CaZr1-xInxO3-αare obtained for x=0.03,0.07,0.09 and 0.10.The relationship between conductivity and the doped contents of In2O3 is discussed also.
