K2xM1-xZr4(PO4)6(M=Sr,Ba)系统的热学和
THERMAL AND ELECTRICAL PROPERTIES OFK2xM1-xZr4(PO4)6(M=Sr, Ba) SYSTEMS
【摘要】 用固相反应法合成了K2xM1-xZr4(PO4)6(M=Sr,Ba)固溶体。用逐步推进的最小二乘法对固溶体各组成的高温X射线衍射线条进行指标化,精确计算了晶格常数目温度的变化,并由此计算轴向膨胀系数αa和αc,所得结果和用顶杆法测定的热膨胀系数相吻合。用复数阻抗谱法测定了固溶体的电导率随温度及组成的变化。
【Abstract】 K2xM1-xZr(PO4)6(M=Sr,Ba)solid solutions have been synthesized by solid state reaction. Lattice constants at different temperatures were calculated accurately using the indexed diffraction X-rays at high angles gradually regressed by the method of least-squares. Axial linear expansion coefficients were therefrom obtainged, which are in accordance with the results of thermal expansion measurements. Electrical conductivities measured by complex impedance method increase with temperature and composition. The above results were discussed also.
