【Abstract】 An ABCD matrix expression for propagation of both axial symmtrical and Gaussian beam through Kerr medium is derived based on the nonlinear Schrodinger equation. This expression is simpler than others and can be used to design resonators for Kerr lens mode locking. As one of the applications a type of resonators for Kerr lens mode locking is discussed.更多还原
