6CrW2Si刃具钢激光相变硬化机械性能
Studies on Mechanical Properties of Cutting-tool Steel 6CrW2Si by Means of Laser Transformation Hardening
【摘要】 采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜分析刃具钢6GW2Si激光相变硬化处理后表层金相显微组织特征,并探讨金相显微组织变化与其表层机械力学性能关系。结果表明,经激光相变硬化处理后,刃具钢6CrW2Si表层具有优异的机械力学性能,耐磨性和抗回火性能得到显著地提高。
【Abstract】 the microstructure feature of cutting-tool steel 6CrW2Si treated by laser transformation hardening is analyzed by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).And the relation between the microstructure and the mechanical property on the hardening layeris discussed,The results show that after treated by laser transformation hardening,there is an excellent mechanical property on the hardening layer of cutting-tool steel 6CrW2Si The anti-wear and anti-tempering properties can be improved obviously.
