【摘要】 介绍了日常生活活动（ＡＤＬ）在脑卒中临床治疗和康复中的应用，提出了评价ＡＤＬ的注意事项和对ＡＤＬ恢复的影响因素的认识。

【Abstract】 Application of activities of daily living in clinic treatment and rehabiliation of cerebral apoplexy was described.The matters needing attention in the estimation of ADL and factors effecting on rehabiliation of ADL were discussed.
