塞曼原子吸收分光光度法测定人发样中痕量镍、铬、锰
Determination of Trace Nickel, Chromium and Manganese in Human Hair by ZGFAAS
【摘要】 提供了测定人发中微量金属元素Ni、Cr、Mn的塞曼原子吸收分析法.采用国产石墨管、空心阴极灯对分析条件进行了考察选择,并对人发标准参考物质进行测定.测得Ni、Cr、Mn含量平均值(×10-6)分别为3.12±0.14,4.68±0.12,2.81±0.10(n=4,参考值(×10-6)分别为3.17±0.4,4.77±0.38,2.94±0.2),测定的相对标准偏差分别为4.13%,2.64%和3.69%.测定59位健康成人头发标本,发中Ni、Cr、Mn的平均含量(×10-6)分别为0.14,0.58和0.45.
【Abstract】 Abstract A method was developed for the routine determination of trace Ni. Cr. Mn in human hair by Zeeman graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (ZGFAAS). The detected contents of Ni, Cr. Mn in the human hair reference material are (3. 12±0.14)×10-6. (4.68±0.12)× 10-6 and (2. 18±0. 10)× 10-6. respecfively (n=4). the certified values are (3. 17±0. 4) ×10-6. (4.77±0. 38)× 10-6 and (2. 94±0. 2)× 10-6. respectively. The coefficient of variation for determinations are 4. 13%, 2. 64% and 3. 69%. respectively’ The Ni, Cr. Mn contents in the hair of 59 healthy adults were measured. The mean contents are 0. 14×10-6,0.58×10-6 and 0. 45×10-6. respectively.
