激光激发原子荧光光谱方法在海洋沉积物样品痕量金分析中的应用研究
RESEARCH OF LEAFS’APPLICATION IN TRACE An ANALYSIS IN MARINE DEPOSIT
【摘要】 激光激发原子荧光光谱方法在微量分析中占有很重要的位置。它具有灵敏度高、准确度高、精密度好和需要样品量少等特点。本文介绍了我们研制的电热原子化激光激发原子荧光谱仪和利用该谱仪对实际样品──海洋沉积物样品中痕量金的分析工作,检测限为5Pg/ml。
【Abstract】 Laser Excited Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry(LEAFS)plays an important role in micro-analysis.LEAFS possesses high sensitivity,high accuracy and good precision,and needs little sample.This paper introduces Electrothermal Atomizer(ETA)-LEAFS instrument made by the authors and presents results of trace An analysis in marine deposit usiug this snectrometry.The detection limits of Au reach 5pg/ml.
