【摘要】 悬钩子属植物是甘肃省广布性野生灌木果树。对筛选出的７个优良种类测定表明，其中黄果悬钩子和菰帽悬钩子的ＳＯＤ酶活力分别为２４００酶活力单位／ｇ（ＦＷ）和１３００酶活力单位／ｇ（ＦＷ）；菰帽悬钩子的胡萝卜素含量为１７．７％；腺花茅莓的维生素Ｃ含量为２１．８９ｍｇ／１００ｇ（ＦＷ）。悬钩子除在自然环境保护方面有其重要意义外，还可开发为食品、医疗药物及抗皱、防衰老护肤品的重要原料。更多还原

【Abstract】 The plants of blackberry (Rubus L.)as wildbush fruit trees are widely distributed over Gansu province.After lots of measurement,seven excellent species such as Rubus xanthocarpus,R.pileatus are selected.The SOD activities of R.xanthocarpus and R.pileatus are 2400u/g(FW),1300u/g(FW),respectively.The carotene content of R.pileatus is 17.7%.The Vc content of R.parvifolius is 21.89mg/100g(FW).Besides the important significance on the protection of natural environment,the plants of blackberry can be used as main resources of food,medicine and cosmetics of anti-wrinkle and anti-decre-pitude.更多还原
