铸造用Zn-Al合金超塑性的研究
On the superplasticity of cast Zn-Al alloys
【摘要】 主要对工业牌号Zn-Al合金ZA8,ZA12和ZA27进行了组织超塑性研究.发现经过组织细化的ZA8,ZA12和ZA27铸造Zn-Al合金,在270~330℃温度区间和8.3×10-4~1.7×10-2S-1初始应变速率(ε0)的试验条件下具有良好的超塑性力学性能,并且在较低的温度条件下也具有一定的超塑性特点.
【Abstract】 The microstructural superplasticity of cast Zn-Al alloys is investigated using industrial specifications of ZA8,ZA12,and ZA27 as the specific. probes. The experimental resuits indicate that the structurally refined cast Zn-Al alloys ZA8,ZA12 and ZA27 all possess good superplastic properties under experimental condition with temper atute range of 270~330℃ and initial strain rate of 8.3×10-4~1.7×10-2,having still certain superplastic properties even at lower temperature range.
