【摘要】 本文首次报道了中国畲族ＨＬＡ－ＤＲＢ１的基因分型。以ＰＣＲ／ＳＳＰ方法对中国畲族１０５个血样本进行了ＤＮＡ分型，结果与我国汉族（北方、沈阳、广东）、布依族、突尼斯人和法国高加索族的相关资料进行比较分析，显示中国畲族ＨＬＡ－ＤＲＢ１的等位基因数与以上民族的等位基因数有显著性差异，呈现多态性分布。更多还原

【Abstract】 The typing of HLA-DRB1 genes in Chineses She nationality was reported.With the methods of PCR/SSP,the HLA-DRB1 genes of 1O5 samples were typde,The results were compared with those of Han nationality(northern China,Shenyan,Guangdong),Buyi,Tunisian and French Caucasoid.It demonstrated that the genes of She nationality had marked difference from the others,which had high polymorphism.更多还原
