【Abstract】 Osthol(Ost) was not Only effective in preventing ventricular fiblillation induecd by chloroform in mice and by calcium chloride in rats, but was effective in treatin arrhythmia induced by aconitine in rats.Furthermore,Ost raised the threthold of ventricular fiblillation induced by electrical stimulation in rabbits. These results indicated that Ost exhibited anti-arrhythmic effects by blocking Na+Ca(2+) channels to a certain extent. The acute LD50 Of Ost in mice is iv 65.2 mg·Kg(-1).更多还原
