化学共沉淀法制备Ba2Ti9O20超微粉的研究
Preparation of Ba 2Ti 9O 20 Ultrafine Powder with Chemical Coprecipitation
【摘要】 着重阐述了用化学共沉淀法制备Ba2Ti9O20超微粉的研究,讨论了pH值、分散剂及焙烧温度对粉料性能的影响。实验发现,用化学共沉淀法即可制备出纯度高且粉体粒度为0.42μm的超微粉
【Abstract】 The preparation of Ba 2Ti 9O 20 ultrafine powder with chemical coprecipitation was studied here.The effects of the pH value,dispersant and presintering temperature on properties of powders were discussed as well.The results of experiment indicated that the ultrafine powder with high purity could be produced by using chemical coprecipitation.The average particle size of the prepared powder was about 0.42 μm.
